CrossFit Dark Side – Free WOD

1: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 3 – AMRAP 20:00

Partner A: 500m / 400m Row

Partner B: 8 Burpees and then rest

Partner C:

2 Wall Walks

10 Squat Jumps

12 KB Swings
Once Partner A reaches their meters all partners rotate. Partner B picks up where Partner C left off.
