30 Burpees

30 Snatches Rx: 135/75# Rx+: 155/105#

20 Burpees

30 Snatches Rx: 165/105# Rx+: 185/125#

10 Burpees

Max Snatches Rx: 185/125# Rx+: 205/145#
This is a modification of Open WOD 13.1.

Rx will split reps as needed. Rx+ will peform synchro burpees and split snatches as needed.

Post last full round of snatches completed and any partial reps.
