@ 30 Minute Mark – ROMWOD Session
Using Coach Sarah’s Bingo Board. You will have 30:00 to complete as many squares as possible. You must complete the square before moving to the next – No Breaking Movements Up!
At the 30 minute mark the coach will then put on a short ROMWOD session and that will be your last completed square.
