Wallball wall toss

banded step outs

banded jack squats

plank shoulder taps into arm extension

wall sit | arms extended

25 min timer: Goal 6 rounds

180 burpees X 6

kneeling leg lifts X 12 each side

plank forearm row x 8 each side

forward lunge knee drives x 8 each leg

squat to lateral raise x 8
