1 Snatch Pull

1 Snatch High Pull

1 Muscle Snatch

3 Power Snatches (Catch lower each rep)

2: Power Snatch (OTM 15:00)

3: Segmented Snatch Pull (2-2-2-2-2)

“1 + Knee + Mid-Thigh + Finish
First set is with the weight that you ended on Power Snatch. Build over the next 4 sets.

4: Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
