Front Squat

Jerk

2: Death By Burpees (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

EMOM For As Long As Possible

1 Burpee Minute 1

2 Burpees Minute 2

3 Burpees Minute 3

Etc.
Burpees are to a 6″ Pull-Up Bar Target.

EMOM continues until you are unable to complete the number of prescribed reps within the minute.

Post last fully completed round plus partial reps.
