Partner A:

12 Ball Slams

8 Squats w/ Slam Ball

4 Partner Burpees

Partner B: Rest
Each Round: 1 Partner Runs and 1 Partner Rows. Once both completed, partners each complete slams, squats, and burpees. Each round partners rotate between running and rowing.
