Squat or power. but pick one and stick with it the entire time.

3: Deficit Clean Pull (2-2-2-2-2)

25# Plates for deficit or top of jerk blocks.

4: PP + PJ + SJ (Build to heavy complex)

1 Push Press

2 Push Jerks

3 Split Jerks
