CrossFit Dark Side – Saturday WOD

1: Power Clean & Jerk (1:30 x 10 – 2 Reps)

First set should be at 55% and your final set should not exceed 70%. No Touch & Go. This is technique work, not find a new 1RM

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Teams of 2 – AMRAP 15:00

Partner A: 25/20 Calories

Partner B: AMRAP

10 Burpees

5 Clean & Jerks Rx: 135/95# Rx+: 165/115#
