Jerk Balance

Press From Jerk Stance

Split Jerk

2: PCL + HCL + 2 FSQ + Jerk (Every 1:30 / 15:00 (10 Sets))

Power Clean

Hang Squat Clean

2 Front Squats

Jerk (Split or Push)

3: Low Hang Clean Pull (4-4-4-4-4)

Barbell does not touch the ground, lower 1 – 2″ from the ground.

4: PP + PJ + SJ (Build To A Heavy Complex)

1 Push Press

2 Push Jerks

3 Split Jerks
