This is just like our normal Wednesday Oly EMOM’s however this time you must perform burpees to get your heart rate up a little before attempting your lift.
Have a plan for how you want to work up in weight as your rest time will be cut down.
Whether you pick Rx or Rx+ you must stick with that the entire time. You can’t just do Rx+ on the last set.
