Clean Pull

Clean High Pull

Tall Clean

Squat Clean

2: Squat Clean (OTM 15:00)

3: Pause Clean Pull (2-2-2-2-2)

5 second pause 1″ off the ground and then finish the pull.

4: Paused Front Squat (2-2-2-2-2)

2 second pause in the bottom of the squat
