If you have previous CrossFit experience, you’re welcome to drop in for a free trial class and join at any time. If it’s been over a year since your last workout, we offer optional 1-on-1 refresher sessions with a coach to ensure you’re moving safely and confidently. If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll begin with our Foundations Program — a series of 1-on-1 sessions with a coach designed to teach you the fundamentals, build confidence, and ensure you’re set up for success. Our goal is to make sure you feel safe, supported, and ready to jump into group classes with confidence.
Yes! We support our members both inside and outside the gym. For nutrition, we offer access to our InBody composition scanner and run 6-week nutrition challenges twice a year. We can also connect you with a trusted nutrition coach for personalized guidance. For recovery, we have two in-house physical therapists available (additional charge), as well as a dedicated recovery room featuring a sauna, compression boots, red light therapy, and a cold plunge — all available for an additional fee to help you recover faster and train smarter.
The ideal training frequency depends on your goals, experience level, and how your body feels — but for most members, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week. • New to CrossFit? Start with 3 days/week, allowing time to recover and adapt. As your fitness and recovery improve, you can build up to more. • Experienced athlete? 4–5 days/week can help you build strength, endurance, and skill—as long as you’re recovering well. We prioritize long-term progress and well-being, not burnout. Rest and recovery are essential for performance, so we encourage listening to your body and using our recovery tools (like sauna, cold plunge, and PT support) when needed. Consistency matters most, not perfection
We’re proud to offer a family-friendly environment with a dedicated Kids Corner so parents can train with peace of mind. • Infants and little ones can stay inside the gym in a playpen or stroller, close to their parents. • Toddlers and older kids can enjoy our outdoor Kids Corner, where they can safely play, interact with other children, and still see mom or dad working out. We’ve set up a baby gate for added safety, and we rotate toys regularly to keep things fun and engaging. Our community looks out for each other, helping create a supportive and safe space for both kids and parents.

Physical changes like increased strength, stamina, and body composition improvements typically follow within 6–8 weeks, especially when paired with good nutrition and recovery habits. Not at all. You don’t need to be fit to start — you just need to start. Our coaching and programming are designed for all fitness levels, from total beginners to competitive athletes. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or returning after time away, we’ll meet you where you are. Every workout is scalable and customizable, ensuring it’s challenging, safe, and appropriate for your unique starting point. In fact, our community includes members of all ages and backgrounds — including our eldest athlete, who is 78 years old and still showing up, moving well, and having fun. We hear this a lot — especially from women — and the short answer is: no, you won’t get bulky unless you’re actively training and eating specifically to build serious muscle mass. And remember: building significant muscle mass requires years of focused training and nutrition. For most people, especially women, strength training leads to looking and feeling strong, not big. Our coaching team is here to tailor the experience to your goals, whether that’s toning, leaning out, gaining confidence, or just getting started with movement in a fun and supportive way.
